Docket No. 50-252, Facility License R-102 Submittal of University of New Mexico AGN-201M Facility Answer to July 19, 2005 Order (EA-05-007) Issued by Office of NRR This letter is intended to comply with the requirement to submit an answer within 20 days of the issuance of the Generic Order (EA-05-007), dated July 19, 2005 and issued by Mr. J.E. Dyer, Director, Office of NRR. The University of New Mexico's AGN-201M Facility in the Department of Chemical and Nuclear Engineering will not implement the ASMs because they are not applicable to our facility at the current time. If this should change, the NRC will be notified in accordance with its established policy.
