_.Entry.Text Unit 1-during RESP 3.1 Primary Systems Tests. Control Bank B rod F-8 dropped unexpectedly. The rod was fully withdrawn wfhen the rod unexpectedly dropped. Rod botton tight and IRPI Indicates rod on bottom.
