IMS-228 'A' SG Header Drain and Trap Isol is OOS. Unit I TSAC 3.6.3.C2 to verity the affected flow path is Isolated once per 31 days Unit 2 Is In MODE I at 100% power.2RC-508. Reactor Makeup Water Containment isolation Valve Is OS, Unit 2 TSAC 3.6.3A.2 to verify Isolation once per 31 days.

Equipment OOS and Fire Rounds are per the OOS.doc.

Rod botton tight and IRPI Indicates rod on bottom.
