The purpose of this letter is to inform you that staff review of selected licensing actions submitted by Exelon Generation Company, LLC, and AmerGen Energy Company, LLC, are being deferred until the beginning of fiscal year 2005 (FY05) that starts October 1, 2004. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is deferring review of the actions listed below in order to support the review of security plan, safeguard contingency, and security personnel training and qualification plan changes required by Commission Order dated April 29, 2003. Deferral of these issues has been discussed with your staff. The following licensing actions have been identified for deferral:
