Our reviewer David Cullison reviewed your 1/12/04 response. David has questions regarding the response to the second and third questions.
On the second question it appears that you are not sure what you will do to resolve this issue.
The response was not specific enough, among other things.
On the response to the third question, you mentioned that you will update calculations to confirm acceptability of the proposed change prior to implementation of the amendment.
Should you not have already done that? What will you do if you find that the proposed change is not acceptable when you do your confirmation?
