Purpose:
The NRC requested an Annual Assessment Meeting with NMPNS management to discuss NRCs assessment of the safety performance of the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Power Plant for calendar year 2003. NRCs assessment is documented in a letter dated March 2, 2004.
