GE Request for Withdrawal of Proprietary Information From Public Portion of ADAMS (TAC# MB3972)
Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy), in the referenced letter, submitted Revision 1 to NEDC-33048, "Safety Analysis Report for Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Thermal Power Optimization" (TSAR), which supports a request for a power uprate. A proprietary and a non-proprietary version of the TSAR were provided. Through an administrative error, certain proprietary information was inadvertently retained in the non-proprietary version.
GE, as the owner of this information, requests that Revision 1 of the non-proprietary TSAR (NEDO-33048) be withdrawn because it should not be made available to the public.
GE will provide Entergy with a revision of the non-proprietary TSAR. In addition to correcting the inadvertent release of proprietary information, GE will address comments received from the NRC Staff during a conference call on September 30, 2002. To address the comments, changes will be made in both the proprietary and non-proprietary TSARs.
