1) Letter from George P. Barnes (PSEG Nuclear LLC) to USNRC, January 18, 2008 In Reference 1, PSEG Nuclear LLC (PSEG) provided Continuum Dynamics, Inc.

(C.D.I.) Report 07-17P, Revision 3, "Stress Assessment of Hope Creek Unit 1 Steam Dryer Based on Revision 4 Loads Model," containing information which C.D.I. considers to be proprietary. C.D.I. requested that the proprietary information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4). An affidavit supporting this request was provided with the report. The marking of information sought to be withheld in the report was not consistent with the detailed requirements of 10 CFR 2.390(b)(1). to this letter provides a copy of the C.D.I. Report marked in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(b)(1)(i)(B). C.D.I. hereby requests that the proprietary information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4). The CDI document in Attachment 1 is the same as the document submitted in Reference 1, with the required proprietary markings applied. The affidavit supplied in Reference 1 remains applicable and supports this request.

A non-proprietary version of the report is provided in Attachment 2.
