In this report, the NRC also issued a Notice of Violation regarding an apparent violation of Salem-Hope Creek Physical Security Plan.

PSEG Nuclear LLC, (PSEG), provides its response to the Notice of Violation in the attachment to this letter. Attachment I to this letter contains Safeguards Information that must be protected from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR73.21, "Requirements for the Protection of Safeguards Information." PSEG requests that this Attachment be withheld from public disclosure.
