Completion of Recirculation Actuation Logic Channel Functional Test Circuitry Modification In Reference 2, the Omaha Public Power District committed to install a modification to the recirculation actuation logic channel functional test circuitry to eliminate the need to rely on administrative controls while performing the quarterly channel functional test.

The purpose of this letter is to inform the NRC that this action was completed on October 6, 2003 when Modification EC-29667 was accepted for operability.

Modification EC-29667 installed two test switches that allow the tested equipment to remain operable while the quarterly recirculation actuation logic channel functional test is performed.
