In accordance with Technical Specification 5.6.7.4, the identification of F* and EF* tubes and the location and extent of degradation are included in Enclosure 1 (21 and 22 Steam Generator F* and EF* Tube Report) to this letter. There are 2760 tubes classified as F* tubes and 33 tubes classified as EF* tubes.
