1) NRC Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2004-10, "Preparation and Scheduling of Operator Licensing Examinations.

In accordance with the request contained in Reference 1, Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant (MNGP) is voluntarily submitting the planned initial licensed operator examination data through 2008. The attached NRC Form 536 provides the estimated number of applicants to be tested and the proposed primary and alternate dates for the examinations.

This letter makes no new commitments or changes to any existing commitments.
