Dear Sir or Madam:

to this letter provides a revision to the 2010 James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant's (JAF) Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Reports. The Carbon-14 Gaseous Effluents data was incomplete in the original submittal [Reference 1] in Attachment 10. The replacement pages also correct a typographical error in Table 1A. includes a corrected Table 1A and Attachment NO.1 O. The format used for the effluent data is outlined in Appendix B of Regulatory Guide 1.21, Revision 1. Distribution is in accordance with Regulatory Guide 10.1, Revision 4.
