Dear Sir or Madam:

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requested each licensee to forecast the number of operator licensing examinations to be prepared by the NRC [Reference 1].

Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., responded for the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant on August 2, 2010 [Reference 2]. Subsequent review by our corporate Training Department has determined that the NRC Form 536 provided with that response incorrectly forecasted the need for NRC prepared examinations in Calendar Years 2012, 2013, and 2014. Please find enclosed a revised NRC Form 536. This form is being submitted in accordance with the request for information contained in Reference 1.
