The areas inspected included compensatory measures, security program plans and procedures, security event logs, security training and qualifications, management effectiveness, security

organization, and followup of previously identified items.

Plant Suooort Compensatory measures were implemented in an excellent manner. The security

officers were well trained on the program requirements (Section S2.1).

The security procedures were excellent in that they were well written and

-

comprehensive and provided performance-based instruction for the security organization (Section S3.1).

A very good security event reporting program was in place. The security staff was

-

correctly reporting security events. The security field reports were accurate and well written (Section S3.2).

The licensee training program exceeded the training and qualification plan

-

requirements. The security officers demonstrated a thorough knowledge of program requirements. instructors observed during the inspection were very proficient. The training and qualification program was excellent (Section S4.1).

The security program was implemented by a well qualified and highly professional staff

-

(Section S6.1).

The licensee had a well trained and capable security organization (Section S6.2).
