1994, and Harch 2, 1995, regarding concerns identified in the referenced NRC inspection report and subsequently discussed at a public meeting held on February 9,
1995, at the NRC Region IV office in Arlington, Texas.
We have further reviewed these concerns during a followup inspection conducted in March 1995.
Our findings and conclusions are discussed in NRC Inspection Report 50-528/529/530/95-01.
