NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-528/94-12; 50-529/94-12; 50-530/94-12 Thank you for your letter of August 23, 1994, in response to our letter and Notice of Violation dated July 24, 1994.
On September 10, 1994, Hr. Scott Bauer of your staff telephoned Hr. Brad Olson of our Walnut Creek Field Office to inform him that a followup letter would revise the committed completion date for the
CFR 50.59 review of the performance requirements for Valves SGA-UV155 and SGA-UV138, as stated in page 17 of your response.
We have not received the followup letter to date.
Nevertheless, we have reviewed your reply of August 23, 1994, and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation.
We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
