ERRATA TO CLINTON POWER STATION, UNIT 1 - NRC INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT 05000461/2011003
Dear Mr. Pacilio:
On July 29, 2011, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Integrated Inspection Report 05000461/2011003 (ML11213A091). The inspection report did not include all of the documentation for an inspection sample that was completed under inspection procedure 71124.04, Occupational Dose Assessment. Please replace Section 2RS4 of the July 29, 2011, report with Section 2RS4 which is enclosed.
