Security Plan and Implementing Procedures; Management Effectiveness; Security Program Audit; Records and Reports; Locks, Keys, and

Combinations; Security System Power Supply; Compensatory Measures Access Control-PackagesandVehicles;DetectionAids-ProtectedandVItalAreas; Alarm Stations; and Communications.
Licensee actions on previous nspection findings and IE Information Notices were also reviewed.
i Results:
The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in all 13 inspection areas.
As a result of this inspection two previous inspection findings and two IE Information Notices (IEN 86-83 and 86-91) were closed.
Two new findings were opened this inspection and are identified belos.
