Thank you for your letter dated October 21, 1982, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the noncompliance identified in our letter dated September 24, 1982.
I Based on a telephone conversation with Mr. P. Shafer on November 2, 1982, we understand that:
(1) procedure revisions to incorporate your corrective actions vill be conpleted by December 31, 1982, end these procedure re-visions will include conservatively established dose rate limits; and (2)
modifications to your floor drain system to incorporate your corrective actions for noncompliance item No. 3 vill be completed at your next scheduled refueling or.tage. If this information is incorrect, please notify this office in writing.
Your proposed corrective actions for the noncompliances vill be examine'd during a future inspection. Although you have proposed corrective action for noncompliance Item No. 2, we understand that you wish to contest this noncompliance as stated in your letter of October 21, 1982. This matter has been referred to our headquarters for resolution.
