ERRATA FOR COLUMBIA GENERATING STATION - NRC INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT 05000397/2004002
Dear Mr. Parrish:
NRC Inspection Report 05000397/2004002, dated May 4, 2004, is being re-issued to incorporate two sections that were inadvertently omitted from the Report Details section.
Specifically, Sections 1R11.2, Licensed Operator Requalification (Biennial) and 1EP4, Emergency Action Level and Emergency Plan Changes, have been incorporated. In addition, the cover letter, summary of findings, and attachment have been revised to reflect a Severity Level IV noncited violation associated with Section 1EP4. If you contest this noncited violation, you should provide a response with the basis for your denial, within 30 days of the date of this revised inspection report, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, ATTN: Document Control Desk, Washington DC 20555-0001; with copies to the Regional Administrator, Region IV, 611 Ryan Plaza Drive, Suite 400, Arlington, Texas 76011-4005; the Director, Office of Enforcement, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555-0001; and the NRC Resident inspector at the Columbia Generating Station.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
