SUMMARY

Scope:

This routine, unannounced inspection was conducted in the areas of the Physical Security Program.for Power Reactors.

Specific areas evaluated were Management Support; Security Program Plans, Audits; Protected and Vital Area

.

Barriers; Detection Aids; Assessment Aids; Protected and Vital Areas Access Control - Packages, Personnel, and Vehicles; Alarm Stations and Communications; Power Supply; Testing, Maintenance and Compensatory Measures; and Security Training and Qualifications.

i Results:

In the areas inspected, violations or deviations were not identified.

The

licensee continues to provide appropriate security of vital equipment as designated in the commitments of the Physical Security Plan and regulatory requirements. A protected area perimeter issue was reviewed and is discussed in Paragraph 2d.
