Results:
The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements wnit wsn the areas examined except that one vioiation was identified regarding contingency training for key personnel.
llhile the allegation was partially substantiated, no significant concerns were identified.
One open item was noted and one previous open item and IN 89-05 were closed.
The security program was being adequately managed and receiving adequate corporate and plant support.
