Management Support, Security Program Plans, and Audits; Protected and Vital Area Physical Barriers, Detection and Assessment Aids; Protected and Vital Access Control of Personnel, Packages and Vehicles; Alarm Stations and Communications; Power Supply; Testing, Maintenance and Compensatory Measures; and Security Training/gualification; licensee actions on previous inspection findings; Information Notices (IN) 87-11, 88-41, and 88-49 and Licensee Event Report (LER) No. 88-00 Results:

The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the areas examined.

Increased licensee management attention and involvement were evident as seven of nine findings from the previous inspection were closed.

The licensee's security program was providing adequate support to ensure the safety of the facility.
