SUBJECT: NOTICE OF VIOLATION (NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-295/92034(DRSS); 50-304/92034(DRSS)) This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated January 20. 1993, in response to our letter dated December 29, 1992, transmitting a Notice of-Violation associated w'th a violation in which an operator made an unauthorized entry into a posted high radiation area in which radiography was about to take place at the Zion Nuclear Generating Station. We have reviewed your corrective actions and have no further questions at this time. These
