I Requalification re-examinations were administered to one crew, one Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) (dynamic simulator portion), one Reactor Operator (RO)
(dynamic simulator portion) and one R0 (written exam portion).
These operators had failed those portions of the requalification examinations
,
administered during the weeks of December 4 and 11, 1989. All. operators passed the re-examinations.
The facility was effective in remediating the operators with respect to their previous examination results.
