REVISION TO SALEM AND HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATIONS - NRC SECURITY INSPECTION REPORT 05000272/2009402, 0500311/2009402 AND 05000354/2009402

Dear Mr. Joyce:

On May 15, 2009, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued inspection report 05000272/2009402, 05000311/2009402, and 05000354/2009402 for a security baseline inspection that was completed at your Salem and Hope Creek Generating Stations. Pages five and eight of the report contained inaccurate details for cross-cutting aspects associated with NRC-identified violations. Specifically, the report references H.2(b) vice H.4(b) as the cross-cutting aspects involved with the findings. The verbal description and cross-cutting aspects referenced in the report were correct. The enclosure to this letter contains the corrected pages five and eight of the inspection report.

Sincerely,

/RA/
