- Personnel; Detection Aids - Protected Area; Detection Aids - Vital Area; Independent Inspection Effort; Followup of an Unresolved Item; and Imple-mentation of the Safeguards Event Reporting Requirements. The inspection involved 23 inspector-hours onsite by one NRC inspector. The inspection began during the day shift; three inspection hours were accomplishc.d during offshift periods.
