co Subject; Inspection 50-247/81-20 This refers to your letter dated December 18, 1931, in response to our letter dated flovember 18, 1981.
Thank you lor infoming us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter. These actions will be examined during a future inspection of your licensed program.
Regarding the violation contained in Appendix B to our fiovember 18, 1981 letter, your reply does not adequately describe corrective action which is required to prevent a reoccurence of this item.
In a telephone conversation on January 8, 1982, between Mr. Ilichael Skotzko of your staff and Miss Lisa M. McKeown of this office, Miss McKeown was informed that additional corrective action with regard to this item had been initiated.
Based on this discussion, we understand that this door is being controlled ir, the same manner as all other Vital Area Doors within the facility.
In accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 of the fiRC's regulations, documentation of findings of your facility security measures for physical protection are deemed to be Safeguards Information. Each person who produces, receives or acquires Safeguards Information is required to ensure that it is protected against unauthorized disclosure. Therefore, your enclosure B to your letter will not be placed in the Public Document Room and will be distributed pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21(c).
