Thank you for your August 5, 1996 letter to Mr. Guy S. Vissing, NRC, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Project Directorate I-1. That letter provided clarification about holding pre-audit discussions that was questioned in our Inspection Report No. 50-244/96-01.
