The inspectors met with licensee representatives at the conclusion of the inspection on September 30, 1982.
The purpose and scope of the inspection were reviewed, and the licensee was informed of the inspection findings.

81118 - Security Plan and Implementing Procedures No violations were noted. The inspection results were attained through a review of the Modified Amended Security Plan (MASP), dated January 18, 1978, and implementing procedures.
The MASP and the implementing procedures were adequate and appropriate to meet the general performance requirements and objectives of 10 CFR 73.55.

No violations were noted. The licensee's management structure and chain of command were in conformance with the Security Plan.

No violations were noted. The licensee's planned responses to contingencies and observed responses to two alarms conformed with the MASP. Suitable means were provided for observation and assessment of a threat in the isolation zones and the protected area (PA) physical barriers, which limited exposure of responding personnel to possible attack.
