NINE MILE POINT NUCLEAR STATION - NRC SECURITY BASELINE INSPECTION REPORT 05000220/2017403 AND 05000410/2017403
Dear Mr. Hanson:
On November 30, 2017, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a security inspection at your Nine Mile Nuclear Station and the NRC inspectors discussed the results of this inspection with Mr. Pete Orphanos, Site Vice President, and other members of your staff.
The results of this inspection are documented in the enclosed inspection report.
No findings were identified during this inspection.
This letter will be made available for public inspection and copying at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html and at the NRCs Public Document Room in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390, Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding.
However, the enclosed report contains Security-Related Information, so the enclosed report will not be made publically available in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
