Although cited in a Notice of Violation issued during this SALP period, these violations were related to activities which occurred during the previous assessment period (as discussed in Section V.D of the SALP report).
This violation was contested by the licensee on the basis of conflicting testimony. Because corrective actions were taken and there were no programmatic implications, Region V decided not to pursue the matter and accordingly has not considered this item in this SALP revie TABLE 3A - Unit 1 SYNOPSIS OF LICENSEE EVENT REPORTS (LERs)
