Inspection Summary Inspection on September 28 through October 2, 1987 (Report No. 50-155/88003(DRSS))

Areas Inspected: Included allegations pertaining to: security requalification-tests; deficiencies in the perimeter security system; and claimed penetration of I the plant's security system. Iri addition, a followup on Regulatory Effectiveness Review Findings was performe Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in the areas inspected. Tlie allegations were not substantiated, and RER inspection results determined that for 19 findings nine were referred to NRC Headquarters for resolution as licensing issues; two were referred to NRC Headquarters for resolution under the Miscellaneous Amendment Rule; six of the implementation issues are closed; and two remain ope (DETAILS: UNCLASSIFIED )
