Protection Program as implemented at Yankee Ecwe, and as described in the Office of Inspection and Enforectent Inspection Report which is

enclosed with this letter. Within thic area, the inspection consisted of i=

selective examinations of procedures and representative records, inter-views with personnel, and observations by the inspector.

Based on the results of this inspection, it appears thac certain of your activities were not conducted in full complisnec with NRC requirements, as set forth in the Notice of Violation, enclosed herewith as Appendix
