The inspector observed that the licensee's computer-based exposure centrol systen provides tinely, accurate expesure centrol infernat ion.
The licensee's adninistrative limit on inJividu21 enposures is set at 2500 r7c= rer suarter.
Exposures above 2000 r.ren per cuarter are authorized en an individual basis af ter evaluation of TLD badges.

11. Abnorral Occurrence Renort 75-03 The inspector revicued the licensee's evaluation of An 75-05.
This cccurrence was the unplanned release of caseous radioactive

natcrial f rom an ir. properly ' installed blank flange on the varor container low pressure vent header in the upper pipe chase. The license 's air sanples in the pipe chase area before securint t h.e Icak indicated bachgnmad Icycis of activity. The calculated activity of the release was 18.845 cil11 curies. - TF< inspector reviewed the records of the'11censee's cost recent-i.trunent calibration and found that these calibrations were in accordance with licensee procedures. The calibraticns were con-ducted on October 25, 1975 for the falleeing nonitors: air ejec-tor, cenpenent ecoling, stean generater loops 1-4. -Ioop ses1, air particulate, coolant bleed, and prirary vent stack.
