On November 4, 2013, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC" or "Commission") issued an Interim Staff Evaluation and Request for Additional Information Regarding the Overall Integrated Plan for Implementation of Order EA-12-051, Reliable Spent Fuel Pool Instrumentation (Reference 1) to Luminant Generation Company LLC (Luminant Power).

Reference 1 indicated that the licensee should provide the information requested in 6-month updates, as the information becomes available. References 2 and 3 had indicated that additional information in response to Reference 4 would be provided by November 30, 2013. As a result of communications between Luminant Power (Carl Corbin) and the NRC staff (Balwant Singal, et al.) on November 12, 2013, A member of the STARS Alliance Callaway
