("EFH"), Energy Future Competitive Holdings Company ("EFCH"), Texas Competitive Electric Holdings Company LLC, and Luminant Holding Company LLC ("Luminant Holding"), hereby submits additional information in connection with the indirect transfer of licenses requested in Reference 1.

Effective January 1, 2013, Mark A. ("Mac") McFarland will assume the roles of Manager, Chairman of the Board and of Chief Executive Officer of Luminant Power and of Luminant Holding. Stephen J. Muscato will become the Chief Commercial Officer of Luminant Power and Luminant Holding. Both Messrs.
