Luminant Power provided additional information in response to RAI 24 and RAI 37 regarding Secondary Line Breaks to the NRC on September 10, 2009[Reference 5]. During the August 10th phone call with the NRC, Luminant Power agreed to provide a video of Comanche Peak fiber transport testing to the NRC. Luminant Power provided the video of the Comanche Peak fiber transport testing to the NRC on October '12, 2009 [Reference 7]. The enclosure to this letter provides the Luminant Power Engineering Report for Generic Safety Issue (GSI)-191 containing revised sections addressing the RAIs provided in Reference 4.This letter contains no new or revised licensing commitments regarding Comanche Peak Units 1 and 2.Should you have any questions, please contact Mr. J.
