2. Letter from TVA to NRC, "Transmittal of Corrected Figures for Application to Revise SQN, Units 1 and 2, UFSAR Regarding Changes to Hydrologic Analysis (SQN-TS-12-02)," dated January 16, 2014.

By letter dated August 10, 2012 (Reference 1}, Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) submitted a license amendment request (LAR) to adopt a revised hydrologic analysis for the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant (SQN), Units 1 and 2, Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR). The LAR included numerous proposed UFSAR figure updates. During review of the LAR, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) identified an apparent incorrect duplicate figure. Upon further inspection by TVA staff, two additional incorrect figures were identified.

TVA provided three corrected figures to replace the incorrect figures by letter dated January 16, 2014 (Reference 2).

Subsequent reviews conducted as part of the TVA corrective action program identified an additional figure originally provided in Attachment 3 of Reference 1 that requires replacement.

Please replace Figure 2.4.3-7 (Sheet 2 of 17) with the enclosed figure labeled with the same number.
