Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (ENO) operates the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station (VY) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) in accordance with the general license provisions of 10 CFR 72.210. In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under§ 72.21 O," paragraph (b)(2), registration of the use of each cask is required no later than 30 days after using the cask to store spent fuel.
