.submittals at the request of the NRC (Reference 4). The responses to the questions in Reference 4 are provided in Enclosure 1. A revised proposed Revision O of the ISFSI PSP, reflecting the changes described in the responses, is provided in Enclosure 2.

The Enclosures 1 and 2 contain Safeguards Information (SGI). Upon separation from Enclosures 1 and 2, this letter is decontrolled.

This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
