On July 12, 2007, the NRC issued Regulatory Issue Summary 2007-17, Preparationand Scheduling of OperatorLicensing Examinations,to request the voluntary submittal of information regarding future licensing examinations for operators. In response to that request, Carolina Power & Light Company, now doing business as Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc., is submitting the proposed operator licensing examination schedule for calendar years 2008 through 2011, for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2. The information requested is provided on the enclosed NRC Form 536.
