Dear Mr. Lovelace:

In response-to Mr. W. G. McDonald's letter of April 26. to Mr. Shearon'Harris, we are submitting updated schedule information on our nuclear projects.

The construction status information requested'n our Brunswick Unit No.

1 Plant is included on Attachment A and reflects the'onstruction status through April 30, 1976; As requested, we have provided the status of each activity and an estimate of the percent complete for,activities currently in progress.

Please use this information as our monthly update for'this project due in your office by May 7, 1976.

Mr. McDonald's letter states that the detail networks for our four Harris units should be provided when construction is resumed on each unit.

We will provide complete networks at that time.

We are revising the schedule for the Harris project to reflect a requirement for the construction permit to be issued by December 1, 1976.

The requirement date for the construction permit is being changed because we have been advised by the NRC that activities which we had planned under our exemption will not be permitted.

The milestone activity dates for each Harris unit are provided in Attachments B through E.

The "Remobilize" activity is currently active, consisting of receiving and storing equipment and material by our contractor forces.

Please consider me as the" "cont:act" for the Brunswick and the Harris projects should any questions arise concerning construction scheduling.
