In Reference (a) Boston Edison Company submitted revised Pilgrim Station proposed technical specifications which affected the implementation of our Inservice Inspection Program and snubber testing requirements.
In discussions with your staff on this proposed change we were made aware that minor related changes should be made to page 224 of the Pilgrim Station Technical Specifications. Accordingly, Section 6.10.8.5 on page 224 has been revised to be in conformance with our proposed change. The references to Tables 3.6.I(a) and 3.6.I(b) have been changed to reference the PNPS procedures. A revised page 224 is enclosed for your review and should be incorporated with our Reference (a) proposal.
During the preparation of this proposed change it was discovered that page 151b had not been deleted as previously requested in Reference (b). He believe this to be an oversight on your part in the issuance of Amendment Number 60 to the Pilgrim Station Technical Specifications and request that page 151b be deleted from the Technical Specifications when you issue the amendment to our Reference (a) proposal.
