Cook Nuclear Plant, Unit 1 and Unit 2 LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST REGARDING REVISION TO THE EMERGENCY PLAN FORTECHNICAL SUPPORT CENTER RELOCATION In accorqance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.90, Indiana Michigan Power Company (l&M), the licensee for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant (CNP) Unit 1 and Unit 2, is submitting a request for review and approval of a revision to the CNP Emergency Plan (CEP) for Units 1 and 2. The proposed revision would move the Technical Support Center (TSC) to a different location. in a new facility. This proposed change has been evaluated in accordance with 10 CFR 50.91(a)(1) using criteria in 10 CFR 50.92(c}, and l&M has determined that this change involves no significant hazards consideration. to this letter provides an affirmation statement pertaining to the information contained herein. Enclosure 2 provides l&M's evaluation of the proposed CEP change. Enclosure 3 provides marked-up pages for the proposed revision to the CEP. Enclosure 4 provides clean pages of the proposed revision to the CEP.

l&M requests approval of the proposed license amendment by October 2018, to support timely business practice of project closure for the newly constructed facility that houses the new TSC.

Once approved, the amendment will be implemented within 180 days.

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91, a copy of this application, with enclosures, is being provided to the designated Michigan state officials.
