The reference'd'Ietter transmitted a':request for an amendment to the Technical Specifications for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2. The Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ)'and the Michigan Public.Service Commission (MPSC) were sent copies of the transmittal letter without the enclosure and attachments. By separate correspondence, Indiana Michigan Power Company has subsequently provided MDEQ and MPSC a copy of the complete amendment request, including the enclosure and attachments, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.91(b).
