CR-3 to NRC letter, dated March 3, 2010, "Response to Request for Additional Information for the Review of the Crystal River Unit 3, Nuclear Generating Plant, License Renewal Application (TAC NO. ME0274) and Amendment #10"

Dear Sir:

On March 3, 2010, Florida Power Corporation, doing business as Progress Energy Florida, Inc.,

provided a response to a request for additional information concerning the Crystal River Unit 3 (CR-3) License Renewal Application. The second page of that letter consisted of a notarized statement on which the notary's stamp indicated an expiration date of March 1, 2010.

Notwithstanding the expiration date indicated on the stamp, the Notary Public who signed that statement is the holder of a Notary Public Certificate which is valid from March 2, 2010 through March 1, 2014.

This letter contains no regulatory commitments.
