This LER addresses an event that occurred on March 11, 2005, where both trains of the Auxiliary Building Gas Treatment System (ABGTS) were inoperable. This event is being reported under 10 CFR 50.73(a)(2)(v)(C) and 10 CFR 50.73(a)(2)(v)(D).

Loss of Normal Heat Removal Consideration This event is not considered a scram with loss of normal heat removal.
