| Description | The inspectors identified a finding of very low safety significance (Green) and an associated NCV of 10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Criterion III, Design Control, for the licensees failure to assure that applicable regulatory requirements and the design basis were correctly translated into specifications, drawings, procedures, and instructions. Specifically, the licensee failed to accurately translate the Division III EDG fuel oil relief valve set point from the design drawing of record, VPF341110, to the fuel oil pressure operator rounds alert value in the Division III EDG operating procedures. |
