LASALLE COUNTY STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2NRC SECURITY BASELINE INSPECTION REPORT 05000373/2018411; 05000374/2018411
Dear Mr. Hanson:
On August 31, 2018, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a Security Baseline Inspection at your LaSalle County Station, Units 1 and 2. The NRC inspector discussed the results of this inspection with Mr. B. Trafton and other members of your staff.
The results of this inspection are documented in the enclosed report.
The NRC inspector did not identify any findings or violations of more-than-minor significance.

SUMMARY
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission continued monitoring licensees performance by conducting a Security Baseline Inspection at LaSalle County Station, Units 1 and 2, in accordance with the Reactor Oversight Process. The Reactor Oversight Process is the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions program for overseeing the safe operation of commercial nuclear power reactors. INSPECTION SCOPES
Inspections were conducted using the appropriate portions of the inspection procedures in effect at the beginning of the inspection unless otherwise noted. Samples were declared complete when the inspection procedure requirements most appropriate to the inspection activity were met consistent with Inspection Manual Chapter 2515, Light-Water Reactor Inspection Program - Operations Phase. The inspector reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel to assess licensee performance and compliance with Commission rules and regulations, license conditions, site procedures, and standards.
